Membership Renewal Information

Please note that due to COVID-19, the office is currently closed and mail is only picked up once per week. If you wish to pay by cheque through the mail, please allow 3-4 weeks for your payment and membership renewal to be fully processed. (Payments by credit card through the RCCO’s secure payment system are processed immediately.)

Step 1: Log in to rcco.ca.

If you have never logged in before:

    • Click on the Log in button at the top right of the screen.
    • Click on Forgot password and follow the website’s prompts to create a password.
    • You will now be able to log in using the password you created. You will need to accept Wild Apricot’s Terms of Use the first time you log in.

Step 2: Update your contact information and account preferences.

    • Log into rcco.ca.
    • Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select View profile.
    • Make sure your personal information, privacy settings and email permissions are up to date. This is a good opportunity to update your professional appointments and other biographical information:
        • Click on the Edit Profile in the top left corner. Fields that can be edited will be unlocked. Beneath the Save button at the top of the page, you will see links to edit your privacy and email subscription options. Click Save when you are finished editing your information.

Step 3: Renew your membership

To CONTINUE with the SAME membership level and renew:

    • Click on Renew to 01 June 2022 under the Renewal due on field.
    • Scroll down and update your Centre membership(s) and subscription options as needed, then click on Update and Next at the bottom of the page.
    • Review and confirm your information.
    • Select Pay Online to proceed to online credit card payment OR select Invoice Me to generate an invoice which can be paid via credit card over the phone, cheque, money order or e-transfer.
    • You will be renewed for the new year once your payment is completed. Until payment is confirmed, your account will show a reminder that the invoice is unpaid. You can view past invoices at any time from your Profile page.

To CHANGE your membership level and renew:

    • On your Profile page, click on Change beside your current membership level.
    • Select the membership level you wish to change to, then click on Next at the bottom of the page.
    • Update your Centre membership(s) and subscription options as needed, then click on Update and Next at the bottom of the page.
    • Review and confirm your information.
    • Select Pay Online to proceed to online credit card payment OR select Invoice Me to generate an invoice which can be paid via credit card over the phone, cheque, money order or e-transfer.
    • You will be renewed for the new year once your payment is completed. Until payment is confirmed, your account will show a reminder that the invoice is unpaid. You can view past invoices at any time from your Profile page.

If you are able, please consider making a donation with your membership. To make a donation, click on Support Us in the main menu and select National Donations or Centre Donations. Your donation will be processed in a separate transaction from your membership renewal. Thank you!
