We are very pleased to announce that Théo Curras has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 John Goss Memorial Scholarship!

Théo Curras is an organist, harpsichordist, pianist, and composer born in Montreal. He is currently completing a double bachelor's degree in organ with Jean-Willy Kunz and in composition with Nicolas Gilbert at the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal, while also studying harpsichord with Luc Beauséjour. In 2025, he won First Prize at the Concours de musique de la Capitale. He has performed numerous times at the Maison symphonique, including appearances with the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, as well as at the Palais Montcalm and Saint Joseph's Oratory. He is regularly invited to perform as an organist at Mary, Queen of the World Cathedral and has appeared for organizations including Clavecin en concert, Les Amis de l'orgue de Montréal, and L'Orgue en mai. Throughout his musical journey, Théo Curras has also had the privilege of performing for distinguished musicians such as Evelyne Brancart, Charles Richard-Hamelin, Stéphane Lemelin, David Fung, Isabelle Demers, Bruno Procopio, and Pierre Hantaï.
