NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, CONVOCATION AND ALL-STAR ORGAN CONCERT

All members are cordially invited to the Annual General Meeting and Convocation of the Royal Canadian College of Organists on Monday, July 6, 2026. The day’s events will be topped off with an evening concert featuring Summer Organ Academy faculty, Shin-Young Lee, Rashaan Allwood, Aaron James, Nicole Keller, and Jonathan Oldengarm. Annual General Meeting

Time: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET

Location: Canadian Music Centre, 20 St. Joseph Street, Toronto ON, M4Y 1J9 and online

Zoom link and meeting materials will be available in the Members Forum of the website no later than June 15, 2026. A light lunch will be served to those attending in person following the meeting. If you are attending in person and require a lunch, please rsvp to Elizabeth Shannon at execdirector@rcco.ca with any dietary restrictions no later than June 7, 2026.

 

Convocation

Time: 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm ET

Location: St. Basil’s Catholic Parish, 50 St. Joseph Street, Toronto ON, M5S 3L5

All members are welcome to attend the Convocation Ceremony, but if you will be processing and require a gown, please rsvp to Elizabeth Shannon at execdirector@rcco.ca with gown size (see below) no later than June 7, 2026.

ANNONCE DE L'ASSEMBLÉE GÉNÉRALE ANNUELLE, DE LA CÉRÉMONIE DE REMISE DES DIPLÔMES ET DU CONCERT GALA

La journée se conclura par un concert en soirée mettant en vedette les professeurs de l’Académie estivale d’orgue : Shin-Young Lee, Rashaan Allwood, Aaron James, Nicole Keller et Jonathan Oldengarm. Un repas léger sera servi après la réunion. Veuillez indiquer toute restriction alimentaire ou allergie.
