The Board of Directors is seeking nominations for the Chair of Programming. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and share your professional knowledge and expertise, and help shape the future direction of College programming.

The Chair of Programming is a member of the Board of Directors and National Council and oversees the work of the College Committees that comprise the Programming Council. The Programming Council assists the organization in achieving its goals by providing programming that is consistent with the organization’s strategic plan and long-term vision.

Duties include:

• actively monitor the effectiveness of current programming to identify and resolve gaps
• be aware of current trends and developments in the broader organ music community
• review program offerings to identify current and future needs
• retire ineffective programs and develop new programs as required
• work with the Chair of Marketing to develop effective marketing strategies
