St. Paul the Apostle - Rexdale, is an Anglican Church located in North Etobicoke. We have a joyful Anglican worship experience each Sunday at 10:30, which is live streamed. We are looking for a professional, talented, creative part-time Minister of Music, who is capable of playing hymns, contemporary church music, and leading our church in music.

The successful applicant will be proficient  in playing an organ (ours is an Allen), and piano, have excellent organisational skills, and a collegial leadership style.

Key responsibilities are:

• Provide organ/piano music for Sunday worship, and other special services during the church calendar year
• Collaborate with the priest for service music
• Rehearse and direct the volunteer choir who love to sing, between September and June
• Foster a welcoming and worshipful musical atmosphere, and
• Engage other vocalists and musicians to enhance our church musical experience.

This is a part-time contract position generally offering 8 hours a week, with the possibility of negotiating additional hours when necessary. The salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications using the RCCO salary guidelines.
