Rashaan Rori Allwood is a Canadian composer, organist, and historical keyboardist whose work bridges contemporary music, early music, and interdisciplinary performance. He has performed at prestigious venues including St. Paul’s Cathedral (London), Coventry Cathedral, and St. Nikolai in Leipzig, and has been featured as a composer and performer at national conventions of the American Guild of Organists and Royal Canadian College of Organists. Rashaan has collaborated with ensembles such as the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, Houston Civic Symphony, and U of T Collegium Musicum, and is currently Composer-in-Residence with New Music Concerts Toronto. He is completing a PhD in Composition at Western University and engages a global audience through his viral content on historical keyboard instruments.
