Woodcliff United Church seeks a skilled and collaborative Music Coordinator to lead the musical life of our congregation. Music is central to our worship, spiritual depth, and Faith community. The Music Ministry Coordinator will provide piano music for worship, and lead an adult choir that will engage, inspire and advance our worship music ministry. 

Responsibilities 
▪ Provide piano music for Sunday services (9:30–11:30 am) and lead Thursday evening choir rehearsal approximately 5 hrs/week.
▪ Plan and work with the Minister to design and evolve the Worship Music Ministry & coordinate instrumentalists / musicians as needed.
▪ Create and evolve a vibrant and engaging musical experience.

Qualifications 
▪ Strong piano and accompanying skills
▪ Experience directing choirs (adult / youth / children)
▪ Strong organizational and communication skills
▪ Collaborative and community-oriented approach
▪ Comfort in a congregational setting (United Church experience an asset)
▪ Commitment to inclusive music-making
▪ Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on the successful 
candidate’s qualifications and experience.
