     BachThe Virtuoso: American Concert Organist Christian Lane plays Bach 

2011 Canadian International Organ Competition winner plays Bach on the famed tracker organ of Christ Church Deer Park, with an accompanying choir to sing Bach Chorales. 
Venue: Christ Church Deer Park 
Address: 1570 Yonge Street 
                There is a “Green P” parking lot just south of church on Heath Street

January 2018

Monday January 15th, 6:30 p.m. 

     New Year’s Dinner: Join friends and colleagues for our annual celebration of the New Year with dinner, drinks, and entertainment by the inimitable Accordionist Michael Bridge

Venue: Great Hall @ St. Paul’s Bloor Street Anglican Church

February 2018

Saturday February 10th 11:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 

     Children’s Choir and Organ Festival: A day filled with music-making for children’s choirs and the organ, designed to support sacred children’s choirs and their directors. 

Repertoire and sheet music will be distributed ahead of time. Lunch provided. There will be a concluding concert for family and friends.  Email Toronto RCCO President Stephen Frketic to register your children’s choir to participate! sfrketic@yahoo.com 
Venue:Grace Church on-the-Hill 
Address: 300 Lonsdale Road.  Limited Parking Available. “Green P” parking lot located behind church on Thelma Avenue at Spadina.  
Tickets: $10 Tickets to the concluding concert, $25 to register your choir. Lunch included!

     The Bach Walk: Join fellow RCCO members and friends for our popular trio of concerts celebrating J.S. Bach’s birthday. Music,

friends, cake!

Church of the Redeemer, 162 Bloor Street West at Avenue Road (2:00pm) 
Trinity Chapel at the University of Toronto, 6 Hoskin Avenue (3:00pm) 
St. Thomas’s Anglican Church, 383 Huron Street, south of Bloor (4:00pm) 
With Birthday Cake reception to follow the concluding concert!

BARWELL PIANO STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Scholarships are available to PIANO Students of Grade 8 (RCM) or higher level who have a serious interest in the study of the organ.  The deadline for applications is April 30th each year.  Application forms are available for download here.  For more information, please contact Mel Hurst at 416-239-8530 or by email at melvinhurst@gmail.com
