National Council Meeting Reports
To celebrate the Centennial of the RCCO, National Council met November 7th in Brantford, Ontario, in the very room where eight Brantford musicians met in 1909 and resolved to form a Canadian Guild of Organists. At that time the building was the Brantford Conservatory of Music, and is now the Hill and Robinson Funeral Home. The late Markwell Perry, Honorary President of the College, made the arrangements for the centennial visit of the National Council to Brantford, but sadly he passed away before the event.
National Councillors were greeted by Brantford Centre Chair, Murray Clarke, left, and Brantford Mayor Mike Hancock, right, November 7th.
